Admission Requirements - College of Undergraduate Health Sciences

General Admission: non degree-seeking

Applicants must meet these requirements:

  1. High school diploma or a General Educational Development diploma (GED)
  2. High school cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 2.0 or better
  3. Meet all additional qualifications
  4. Complete an admission application

Bachelor of Science completion: degree-seeking

Applicants must meet these requirements:

  1. High school diploma or a General Educational Development diploma (GED)
  2. Successful completion of approximately 60 semester baccalaurate level credits at a regionally accredited institution
  3. Cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 2.0 or better
  4. Meet all additional qualifications
  5. Complete an admission application

Post-Baccalaureate Pre-Health: non degree-seeking

Applicants must meet these requirements:

  1. Earned a bachelor's degree from an institution accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education (regional accreditation is required for transfer credits)
  2. Cumulative college point average (GPA) of 2.0 or better
  3. Meet all additional qualifications
  4. Complete an admission application

Transfer and prerequisite approval: Approval of transfer or prerequisite course work for one academic program does not guarantee transfer or prerequisite approval of the same courses for another program.
