Application Procedure
1. Application must be completed in full.
2. Application should be typed or printed clearly.
3. A non-refundable application fee of $50 US dollars will
be billed to your student account at the trimester 6 term.
4. An graduation fee of $150 US dollars will be billed to
your student account at the trimester 10 term.
5. Students who are currently enrolled in Northwestern College
of Chiropractic are eligible to apply at any time during their
first five trimesters.
