A Career and Curriculum Preparatory

The full-day, Saturday preparatory program at the Minnesota College of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine is designed to provide prospective students with a substantive introduction to the art and science of acupuncture and Oriental medicine along with insights into the Northwestern curriculum and clinical internship program.

The topics have been carefully selected to enhance your understanding of the profession and assist in your preparation for pursuing the acupuncture and Oriental medicine curriculum. They are presented by experienced educators, administrators and clinicians.

Northwestern attaches great importance to this unique preparatory program in positioning prospective students for success in our programs. For that reason, and in recognition of the commitment prospective students demonstrate by participating in the preparatory, Northwestern will award either a $500 first-term tuition grant or reimbursement of travel and lodging expenses up to $500. Both awards are made contingent upon application to Northwestern.

Should you have any questions concerning this informative program, including dates and times, please feel free to contact Northwestern's Office of Admissions at (952/800) 888-4777, ext. 248.

Many of the multi-national faculty of the MCAOM program were trained in Traditional Chinese Medicine in China. They willingly bring back their knowledge and experience not only to this session, but to everyday class as well.
