Northwestern Clinical Laboratory Services

Our clinical laboratories provide services to doctors of chiropractic, naturopaths, medical doctors, dentists and nurse practitioners in the Twin Cities area:

  • Availability of full range of lab tests (chemistry panels, hematology, urinalysis, cultures, etc.)
  • Professional medical and chiropractic consultation
  • Diagnostics performed at Quest Diagnostics, Inc. and HealthEast Laboratories
  • Results sent directly to provider
  • Functional medicine kits (Genova, Metametrix, Oncolab, Neuroscience) available for a fee

Consulting services:

  • Provided by medical director Norman Horns, MD, and chiropractic consultant Linda Bowers, DC 
  • Assists with recommending initial and follow-up testing and procedures for your patients
  • Assists in evaluating test results

Using the laboratory service:

  • A test request form and a signature from the provider are required
  • An appointment is required
  • Most lab results are available in 24 hours
  • Results returned to the ordering provider (mail, fax, or phone)
