Marty Kotlar, DC, CHCC
Marty Kotlar, DC, CHCC, is a certified billing
and coding specialist and a certified health care compliance
consultant. He is president of Target Coding, which
specializes in providing CPT coding, documentation and
compliance information to chiropractic offices.
Dr. Kotlar lectures extensively thoughout the U.S.
and is a keynote speaker at the Parker Seminars, The
Coding Institute and at Foot Levelers, Inc.
Dr. Kotlar, a graduate of New York Chiropractic College,
owned and operated a successful chiropractic office
for 16 years, the Westchester County Wellness Center.
His wellness center offered chiropractic care and additional
services including nutrition, bone densitometry and
massage therapy.
