Thoughts on Northwestern
It has been a wonderful experience. My father-in-law is also a chiropractor and he knew John Allenburg, DC. I interviewed with Dr. Allenburg and I was assigned to the old Minneapolis Clinic as a supervisor. I really enjoyed it but had no intention of staying because I wanted to practice. The longer I stayed with Northwestern, the more I realized I thoroughly enjoyed working with students.
Favorite Aspect of His Job
I really enjoy the variety of responsibilities. It allows me to participate in different areas of the college and with different people. I also enjoy the people that work here. I have never been around a group of people that I enjoy as much as these people. It is one reason I enjoy coming to work. I have also become friends with students that were here and have continued wonderful relationships with them after they’ve graduated.
Most Rewarding Moments
The most rewarding moment is when graduates come back and thank you for the work that you did with them and the time you spent with them. They eventually realize the importance of what the faculty does here.
