Insurance benefits and coverage
As a courtesy we will attempt to verify your insurance benefits for you, however, you are responsible for understanding your coverage.

Paperwork and forms
Before arriving, complete the new patient paperwork and bring it with you. You may be asked to complete additional paperwork when you arrive.
Arrive 15 minutes before appointment
Enter the building at door #1. Check-in, turn in completed forms and provide us with your insurance card.
Parking
Free parking is available in front of the building and in the west parking lot.
What to wear
Chiropractic and acupuncture patients may want to wear loose-fitting, comfortable clothing. Massage therapy clients can undress to their comfort level. For additional privacy, our therapists use proper draping techniques.
Length of first appointment
At your first appointment your healthcare provider will complete a thorough intake. Follow-up visits take about half the time of the first visit.
- Chiropractic: 1 hour
- Acupuncture and Oriental medicine: 1 hour
- Massage therapy: 30-90 mins
- Naturopathic medicine: 2 hours
- Nurse practitioner services: 45 mins
Cancellation policy
Charges will apply to cancellations made with less than 24-hours notice. This policy does not apply to chiropractic care.

Interpreter services are available upon request. Contact us before your appointment to make arrangements.
