Our hours vary by trimester. We are open year-round, however, the clinic is closed during the University’s trimester breaks.
Acupuncture
Monday 8:30 p.m.-5:00 p.m.
Wednesday 8:30 p.m.-5:00 p.m.
Thursday 8:30 p.m.-12:30 p.m.
Massage therapy
Monday 2:00 p.m.-6:00 p.m.
Wednesday 1:30 p.m.-5:00 p.m.
Friday 9:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m.
Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday closed
New patients
Prior to arriving for your appointment, complete the new patient forms. Please arrive 15 minutes early and bring your completed forms with you.

Cancellation policy
If you need to cancel your appointment, please call us 24 hours beforehand. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged the following amounts:
- Acupuncture and Oriental medicine $35
- Massage therapy $40
