Publishing Guidelines for the Northwestern Health
Sciences University Calendar of Events
What can be submitted?
Only events that are sponsored by, hosted by, or held
in collaboration with a Northwestern Health Sciences University
office, department, program, or student organization
can be posted. If you have questions about this policy,
please contact webmaster@nwhealth.edu.
To submit an event, follow these steps:
- Find and click on the most appropriate calendar for
your event by reviewing the calendar
index.
- Click on the yellow "Add Event" button
at the right of the screen.

- Make
sure that "Select a Calendar" displays
the calendar you wish to post to.
- Fill in the fields, paying particular attention to
the required fields and click "Submit
Event."
Each calendar has its own administrator. When using
the form to Submit an Event, an email will be sent to the
calendar administrator alerting him or her to the
event submission. These events are not published to the
calendar until they are approved by the appropriate calendar
administrator. Each administrator
has the authority to approve or reject submissions to the
calendar at his/her discretion. If you have questions
regarding your submission, you can contact the calendar
administrator directly.
Who can submit?
All officially recognized University organizations
(programs, departments, offices)
are encouraged to use the calendar.
All students wishing to post to the Calendar must
do so by submitting a request to the Student Activites
and Organizations Calendar.
