Our clinical laboratory services are available to doctors of chiropractic, medical doctors, nurse practitioners, and naturopaths in the Twin Cities area:
- Full range of lab tests performed by Quest Diagnostics
- Most lab results are available to the provider from Quest Diagnostics in 24 hours
- Lab results are faxed or mailed to provider
- Blood drawn on adults and children six years of age and older
- Kit drawing services
- Consulting and test evaluation available by a doctor of chiropractic

Using the lab services
- A test request form and a provider signature are required
- An appointment is required
- Patients are responsible for payment at the time of service

Please complete the lab order form and either email it to the nwhsubclab@nwhealth.edu or send it with your patients for their lab appointment. Patients can call the clinic at 952-885-5444 to schedule their lab appointment.
