Department of Clinical Education Intern of the Month

The Department of Clinical Education has established an award to honor one intern each month who best exemplifies a professional intern. The department identified these criteria: Demonstrate an enthusiasm for learning. Show high esteem for the chiropractic profession. Participate in speaking engagements, health fairs, additional elective clinical rotations, other service learning and extra learning opportunities. Conduct oneself in a mature, responsible, professional, and ethical manner. Demonstrate effective communication skills (verbal, non-verbal, and written.) Follow department policies and procedures. Turn in accurate and timely paperwork.

Interested T8, 9 and 10 interns are invited to fill out an application. Practice marketing yourself and your skills to potential patients by applying for this award!

The Department of Clinical Education will select an Intern of the Month if qualifying applications are received. Interns are eligible to receive this award once per term. Their opinions about their internship, rotations, and the Clinical Education program are presented in the following interviews, providing valuable insight and relevant information about the program for natural health care students.
