My interest is the application of psychology in everyday life, organizations and businesses. I am particularly interested in applying positive psychology concepts and psychological health to assist people in maximizing life. I have a specialty in helping people with marital issues and depression.

I am also interested in creating healthy organizations for employees, leadership development, organization design and creating workplaces that promote health, work/life balance and meaning. I am interested in the “why of work”. In other words, how can people find meaning and purpose in their work so that it is not just a “job” but is an outgrowth of their strengths, their purpose in life and what they can contribute?
