I am interested in exercise physiology and how it affects each individual. I see a great need for some form of regular exercise and stretching as the population ages and becomes increasingly sedentary, often due to occupations which are primarily sitting in nature.

In the Natural Care Center at Woodwinds, I strive to treat each patient as an individual and to incorporate exercise, stretching and postural awareness into their treatment plans. I am also interested in nutrition and the effects it has on our physical well-being.

I treat a variety of different conditions in the clinic, including those which are spinal and extremity in nature, and am continually amazed by how the body responds to chiropractic care in conjunction with exercise and nutritional support. There is no greater reward for me than to see our patients lead active healthy lives after being successfully treated by chiropractic care.
