Vinnie The Vertebrate Costume Rental Process

Rental Process

Please review the Vinnie the Vertebrate Costume Policy and once you have read and reviewed this policy then submit the Reservation Form below.
Once you have filled out the reservation form please indicate by checking the box “I accept.” Once you have accepted and entered your information, an e-mail will be sent to the Community Relations Coordinator for approval. Please allow 48 hours for approval. If you have any questions during this process, please contact Ryan Chapman at (952) 888-4777, ext. 169. If you are having trouble and do not receive any e-mail confirmation please write to: rchapman@nwhealth.edu.
Once approved you will receive an "On Hold" confirmation e-mail; your requested dates will be "On Hold" for your event until you secure your reservation. To secure your reservation, click on the link in the e-mail and enter your payment information into our secure service database. Your reservation is NOT complete until your payment information is entered and approved. The security deposit and rental fees will post to this account. Your deposit, minus any applicable fees, will be refunded upon the successful return of Vinnie the Vertebrate costume (see Vinnie Costume Policy).
Once your credit information has been processed your event will be "Reserved" in the calendar system and you will receive a second and final confirmation e-mail with shipping information, etc.
If there are any errors in your confirmation e-mail or changes to your reservations please contact us immediately. Please feel free to check the online calendar to verify your event status.

Vinnie Costume Rental Calendar

You can go online now and check the University calendar for the dates you are interested. However, you must complete the reservation process and secure your deposit in order to reserve the Vinnie Costume. If you have specific questions regarding the costume, please contact Ryan Chapman at (952) 888-4777, ext. 169.
