Other important notices regarding year-end CEUs and our online courses:

1) Mail-in registrations will not be accepted after Fri, Dec 16, 2011 to allow processing time.

2) To ensure proper reporting to state boards, it's a good idea to complete your online courses by midnight on Fri, Dec. 16, 2011. However, the absolute deadline to complete online hours for 2011 is midnight on Dec 31, 2011.

3) An official transcript of hours earned will be mailed in January 2012 to the address in our database. Keep this transcript to use when you are audited.

4) It is your responsibility to understand your specific state or specialty boards' rules and regulations about reporting continuing education hours. Please contact your board(s) directly with questions about requirements.
