• Over 30 years of teaching experience.
• In 1993, inducted as a fellow in the International College of Chiropractors.
• In May 1994, one of the first 36 doctors from across health fields to graduate with a Masters in Professional Studies (MPS) in Bio mechanical Trauma.
• In November 1994, appointed Chairman of the modules in Neurology for the Bio mechanical Trauma Program at Lynn University, Boca Raton, FL.
• In February 1995, represented the ACA Council on Sports Injuries and Physical Fitness in its Sports Symposium in Lillehammer, Norway.
• In April 1995, successfully passed the Diplomate Examination given by the National Board of Medical Examiners in Quality Assurance and Utilization Review.
• In March 1996, passed Levels 1, 2, and 3 of the CRA certification program in rehabilitation.

She received her Doctor of Chiropractic, Clinical Science Residency and Bachelor of Science degree in Human Biology from The National College of Chiropractic (now National University of Health Sciences) in Lombard , Illinois and Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh , Pennsylvania . She has fellowships from the Chiropractic College of Rehabilitation Science (American Chiropractic Rehabilitation Board) and the American Society for Pharmacology and Experimental Therapeutics (University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine). She also received the NRCC Physician of the Year award in April, 2006.
