Dr. Howard currently practices natural medicine in Orland Park, IL. She received her B. S. in Kinesiology from the University of Wisconsin at Madison, a B. S. in Human Biology and a Doctor of Chiropractic from National College of Chiropractic.

She received her diplomate in Diagnosis and Internal Disorders, becoming one of a few hundred Board Certified Chiropractic Internists. She is a fellow of the International Academy of Medical Acupuncture.

Her current practice utilizes acupuncture, chiropractic, nutrition, diagnostic and functional medicine to provide primary care to patients naturally with vitamins, minerals, herbs and homeopathic remedies.

She currently serves as the ACA Alternate Delegate for Illinois and on the Executive Board as the Immediate Past President of the ACA Council on Diagnosis and Internal Disorders.
