Did you know that
the office of the inspector general (OIG) has determined

coding and documentation procedures. Learn basic coding
principles from a recognized expert. Find out what
evaluation and management coding and documentation
is best for new and established patients. Discover
how prolong visits, consultations, counseling and
coordination of care are coded and documented.
Understand how to
keep compliant daily SOAP notes for Medicare, Workers'
Compensation, personal injury and group health insurance.
