| Pre-Participation Sports Physical Evaluations |
In many states, athletes are required to have a physical evaluation prior to participating in high school sports. Chiropractors in MN, ND, IA and SD are permitted to perform these evaluations.
You can learn to perform pre-participation physical evalutions:
- Review heart and lung sounds
- Concussion management
- Assess a patient's atheltic injury history
- Learn evaluation requirements
- Understand legal issues
- Determine participation clearance
This is also a fantastic course to build a sports practice, attract more patients to your office and increase networking opportunities in your community!
Tuition includes an AAP manual ($50 value). Bring a stethoscope to listen to the heart and lung sounds which is an important factor in properly performing these evaluations.
