Dr. St. Claire graduated from Palmer-West as a doctor of chiropractic in 1984. She is a full-time faculty member at Palmer West, and specializes in teaching nutrition courses. In 1992 she received her Masters degree in Nutrition from the University of Bridgeport. In 2000, she completed her diplomate in nutrition. In addition to her teaching schedule, she currently has a private practice allowing her to apply her vast clinical knowledge into real world patient care.
