CTL ADVISORY GROUP

The CTL Advisory Group is comprised of faculty members from all programs of the University. Members are invited to serve by the Director of the CTLA for at least one academic year. Advisory members are not eligible for Faculty Excellence in the years during which they serve.

Purpose:

To advise and support the Center for Teaching, Learning and Assessment specifically related to faculty development activities and programs.

Goals:

  • Assist in planning and implementation of faculty development activities and programs.
  • Act as a liaison to University programs to determine faculty needs and interests.
  • Review applications and recommend annual Faculty Excellence Awards.
  • Advise on faculty development program effectiveness
  • Advise on the development and use of resources for teaching and learning.
