| Welcome to
the web home of the Northwestern Office
of Development. Our office exists to support
the mission and purposes of the university
by coordinating efforts to increase the
breadth and depth of financial support by,
and on behalf of, our alumni and friends.
With your assistance, we can build an even
more unique culture of caring at Northwestern
Health Sciences University.
The First Step in Giving: Look through
the options in our annual and planned giving
sections and see which type of giving appeals
to you.
Northwestern is a non-profit educational
institution, and depends on your support
and good citizenship. Through your support
we can continue to improve the education
and training of people who will play one
of the most important roles in the future:
natural health care providers who can successfully
guide people to a life of better health,
improved well-being, and greater independence.
There are a number of advantages to giving
to Northwestern, both direct and indirect.
The single greatest direct advantage is
derived from diminishing the tax liability
for you or your heirs.
The Second Step in Giving: Consult
with your financial planning professional.
Tax advantages will vary widely.
The indirect and intangible benefits serve
other goals. Northwestern exists to train
natural health care providers, provide health
care services and perform necessary research
to explore the scientific basis for clinical
care.
The Third Step in Giving: Initiate
the gift online, or call our office for
assistance. Planned Gifts in particular
need coordination between several professionals
to assure that all interests are appropriately
considered.
We can offer general or technical assistance
regarding gift-giving to Northwestern. Please
call me with any questions you may have
regarding how you can support the mission
and vision of Northwestern Health Sciences
University.
