How will my donation be used?
Donations to the Stewards Fund will go entirely to fund scholarships
in the program you choose. Donations to all other giving programs
go into the Development Fund, which is managed by the University’s
President, who seeks advice on fund dispersal from the Development
Committee and the University Board of Trustees. The remainder
of the Annual Fund giving programs are not used for general
operations of the University, but rather to fund specific
programs and physical plant needs of the University.
Is my donation tax deductible?
Yes. You will receive a letter
each year detailing your donations to the Annual Fund. Please
consult with your CPA, financial advisor of attorney regarding
the details of your particular tax situation.
Will my employer match my donation?
We would encourage you
to check with your company to see if they have a corporate
matching program.
How should I make my donation?
You can pay by check, with your Visa or Mastercard, or through
a payroll deduction if you are a University employee. If you
pay with a credit card, you can set it up to have a regular
amount charged to your card (monthly, quarterly, semiannually
or annually). Employees can request a payroll deduction.
