Purpose

• To increase the numbers of minority students enrolled at Northwestern
• To attract students who will ultimately provide health care to minority populations
• To attract students who would otherwise not be able to attend Northwestern.

• Evidence of service to communities of need
• Evidence of participation in multicultural/diversity organizations or activities
• Evidence of commitment to diversity
