HEALY FAMILY MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP FUND

PURPOSE

• To support outstanding single-parent students who have demonstrated high levels of achievement, service and leadership.
• To provide students with financial assistance towards completion of their degree.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

• Trimester level (Chiropractic T1-T9, MCAOM T1-T9, Massage Therapy T1-T2)
• Free Application for Student Aid (FAFSA) – (must have filed a FAFSA form).
• Making satisfactory academic progress (MCAOM students must be passing; Massage Therapy and Chiropractic students must have a minimum session GPA of 2.5).

CRITERIA

• Financial resources
• Academic performance (MCAOM students must be passing; Massage Therapy and Chiropractic students must have a minimum session GPA of 2.5)
• Service/Leadership involvement (positions held on and/or off campus)
• Faculty/Clinic Recommendation (students from all programs must have faculty complete recommendation form)
