Purpose

• To attract student who have demonstrated high levels of achievement, service and leadership.
• To attract students from a variety of backgrounds
• To help equalize the currency differential between the United States and Foreign countries.

Eligibility Requirements

• Citizen (or equivalent) of a country other than the United States of America
• NOT eligible for U.S. Federal loans
• Must be making satisfactory progress during the term the scholarship is awarded
