Topics include:
- Bringing passions and purpose daily and the discipline necessary to make it happen
- Proper examination and report of findings procedures to improve patient retention and your ability to convert them to a wellness model
- Documentation, billing and compliance - to allow you to better serve your patients and protect yourself
- Speakers Academy - how to engage in public speaking and lectures delivered with purpose, passion and proper intent
- Business and HR aspects of running a business - formulating a budget, hiring/firing processes, job descriptions/duties
Presenters: David Neubauer, DC, 1983 Northwestern graduate and Casey Paulsen, DC, 2002 Northwestern graduate.
5 Sessions: May 21, June 4, June 25, July 16, and final date to be determined.
Cost: May 21 session is free. Total cost for Sessions 2-5 is $57.
