Application – Diversity Scholarship for Incoming Students

Submit your scholarship application prior to the application deadline. Applying early is highly recommended.

Typically, incoming students fill out scholarship applications during the application process. The diversity scholarship application will take around 20 to 30 minutes and you will be able to save your changes. Start your application today in the Student Application Portal.

The winter 2023 scholarship application is open.

Deadlines and Interview Dates:

Incoming Acupuncture & Chinese Medicine and Chiropractic Students:

• Final application deadline: Friday, November 4th at 11:59pm for completion of the application, including letters of recommendation.
• Interviews by invitation only: Friday, November 18th

Incoming Massage Therapy, Medical Assisting, Medical Lab Programs, Radiologic Technology, Radiation Therapy and Undergraduate Health Science Students:

• Final application deadline: Monday, November 28th at 11:59pm for completion of the application, including letter of recommendation.
• Interviews by invitation only: Friday, December 9th

Paper and emailed applications, and applications that were not sent through the electronic application will not be accepted.
