Donald L. Eggebrecht

My time at Northwestern has been interesting and varied. Over the years, I have participated in almost every aspect of the chiropractic program, including clinic supervisor, classroom instructor and clinic director. This has allowed me to participate in curriculum review, clinic design, construction and integration of new programs into areas that were formerly solely chiropractic. I have been involved with the Faculty Senate, holding numerous offices including two terms as president. Currently I’m involved with the Assessment Committee and the Faculty Affairs Committee. 

I teach what I believe are two of the most rewarding and fun classes: Physiotherapy Modalities and Extremity Conditions. I travel to Costa Rica to help supervise Northwestern interns at the La Clínica de la Mariposa clinic and this has been very rewarding. I just wish I could speak Spanish! Luckily they have wonderful interpreters. I enjoy my time here at Northwestern, and even more I enjoy working with the students as they pass through my classes on their way to becoming doctors of chiropractic.
