Stress is a part of everyday life. However, our society has evolved into accepting multi-tasking as the norm. Taking care of your emotional and spiritual well-being is just as important as eating a balanced diet and being active. If you don’t think you have time in your life to “chill out,” it’s time to re-prioritize your life!

If you’re still not convinced you should take the time to “chill out,” consider this: A panel of healers who participated in a Harvard Study concluded back in 1992 that the association between stress and disease is about 80-85 percent, possibly higher. If you don’t take care of your stress and find balance in your life, it will catch up with you one way or another!
