Jump Start Your Day with a Nutritious Breakfast

A review of research studies revealed that children who regularly ate breakfast get more nutrients in their diet than those who skipped breakfast. Breakfast eaters generally consumed more calories in a day than those who skipped breakfast, but they were less likely to be overweight. Eating breakfast also improved children’s concentration, memory, test scores, and school attendance.
