Sure everyone likes a little love letter now and again; and saying, “I love you” before hanging up the phone is what you do. Saying, “I love you” doesn’t have to be said with those words. 1. Show Your Approval, Gratitude and Admiration. We are programmed to seek reassurance from those we love. Showing your approval and admiration of your loved ones takes little time and is extremely important to your lover. Everyone wants to do good and shown approval for the good we’ve done. So, don’t forget to respond with gratitude, like, ”Thank you for ____,” “I appreciate that you did _____,” and “I admire you for ____”.
2. Make Your Loved One #1. Commitment is the foundation on which the relationship lies. You have numerous commitments you must tend to, but you must remember to make sure your relationship takes priority. This takes action and active support. Take quality time for your lover and show affection. It is your obligation to find a healthy balance of all the commitments you have.
3. It’s the Small Things that Really Count. Thoughtfulness, especially when it is personal and intimate, shows that you care to go above and beyond. You can be thoughtful when responding to your lover’s needs and wants. Be one step ahead of him/her by remembering important events in his/her life. 4. Be Your Honey’s Everything. You are a friend, lover, and confidante. Fulfill all of those roles with all you have to give. Be fun and loyal, affectionate and intimate, and trustworthy. Being your partner’s everything takes work, but it says, “I love you” more than words ever can.
