Awaken – A Pilates Studio (Minneapolis)
Awaken offers private Pilates sessions, semi-privates, reformer classes, mat classes, Gyrotonic sessions and Gyrokinesis classes.  We will offer a 10% discount on all packages with a mention of the HealthyU website.  Awaken is located in Uptown above jP's Bistro and next door to the Jungle Theater in the "big yellow building".

The Pilates House (Hopkins)
This studio offers private and semi-private sessions in Pilates and Gyrotonic® at a variety of times to fit your schedule. Reformer classes are offered with a maximum of 5 people in a class and a one-time special package price is offered to help prepare you for the class. The Pilates House is located in a beautifully renovated house in downtown Hopkins with the most experienced trainers in the Twin Cities.
