The popularity of Triathlons and Duathlons is increasing.
Triathlons consist of swimming, biking, and running, whereas duathlons
are running and biking only. There are several new events each year with
varying lengths. Take on a new challenge individually or as part of a
team. Don’t
be scared; they can be lots of fun!
