NWHSU Health Club PartnershipsIn an effort to support healthy lifestyles, Northwestern has established corporate partnerships with several local health clubs to provide you with a variety of discounts on memberships. All negotiated discounts are available to employees and students; you must show your university ID badge to take advantage of any discounts. These discounts are in addition to any discounts you may receive through the health insurance program. Please contact the health clubs for current membership rates as they are subject to change. Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota - The BluePrint for Health® Fitness DiscountsEligible members will receive up to a $20 credit on their monthly dues when you exercise at a participating facility at least 12 times per month (effective Jan. 1, 2007). Simply present the discount card you received in the mail along with your Blue Cross member ID card, or just show your Blue Cross member ID card displaying their fitness symbol, to a participating club to be registered in the program. If you have Blue Cross insurance through NWHSU, you are eligible for this program. If you have Blue Cross but not through NWHSU, check the link below to see if you are eligible for the program.
