Researchers found in a recent study of popular diets that it was not which diet people chose, but whether they stuck to it that resulted in greater weight loss. Individuals who adhered to their diet had the best results regardless of which diet they followed. For better weight management, chose a diet that provides balanced, healthy nutrition that you can live with and maintain. Also, exercise regularly.
