Biggest Successes This Month: My biggest success this past month was losing about 6 pounds. Yeah! I’ve also noticed that I’m stronger overall, and I like that feeling. I feel thinner and feel that I’m finally moving in the right direction. I’m also enjoying my physical activity a lot more: I look forward to my planned activities. Biggest Challenges This Month: My biggest challenge this past month was getting sick for two weeks. I’m still in the process of getting back on track. I’m back exercising and my diet is pretty much back in place. It was tough being sick; I had work project deadlines that necessitated working overtime even though I wasn’t 100% well. I’m also still working on getting my house back in order. Insights or Major “A-Ha” Moments: I’ve started planning for life after this program is over. My goals will take me longer than the remaining 2 months. I’m trying to set in place a realistic plan and to keep my weight loss goal as priority one. What tools will I need? What can I do now to help me succeed in the future? I’ve also been working on other long term issues: saving more money for the future and a professional development plan as well.
My immediate goal is to continue to lose weight. I would love to lose a total of 15 pounds by the end of this program. I’m looking forward to the spring weather and continuing to add and recreate my stress-relieving physical activity times. Follow "Lee's" Successes and Challenges:
