The Art of Patient Management – Timely and Effective Tips to Get Measurable Results
Kathy Mills Chang, MCS-P, certified medical compliance specialist

Mastery of relationships with your patients and your teammates affects every aspect of your daily work. For patients, it can mean assisting them with everything from an understanding of the care they’re receiving to the insurance coverage they want to use. Chiropractic assistants must play many different roles in the practice. This all-day session will wind along the road from the first phone call a new patient makes to the office through a zero-balance on their account at the end of care…and everything in between.

We’ll cover communication techniques, patient education, Medicare, insurance, patient finances and other important office topics. This presentation consists of training and material review, along with workshop sessions for you to apply what you’ve learned in action steps to take back to the office. We’ll send you home with smoother procedures and the confidence to take what you’ve learned and implement it Monday morning.
