PTO: Our PTO accrual year runs from September though August. The Agresso system calculates any PTO amount in excess of the amount to be carried over and automatically rolls the amount into your Sick Leave Only account during the last payroll in August (August 24 - September 6, 2008). Any PTO that is taken during that payroll will reduce your carry-over amount.

All PTO you wish to use in the current PTO year must be used by August 23, 2008.
