Experience and Educational Requirements:

• Experience with Excel and SPSS required
• The ideal candidate will be detailed-oriented, analytical, and have the ability to create meaningful context for application to goals and have exceptional interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills both written and oral, are required for presentations and report writing
• Knowledge of quality improvement processes, assessment and benchmarking
• Experience in education and training a plus
• B.A. or B.S. required
• Minimum of 2 years experience in institutional research, organizational research, social science research, statistics or a related field.

Summary of Responsibilities:

• Collects, develops and analyzes institutional data and other information to support and enhance informed decision-making, problem-solving, strategic planning, policy development and institutional self-assessments
• Performs applied research, designs, executes and evaluates surveys, analytical and statistical studies and/or institutional self-assessment
• Responsible for the production and analysis of campus-wide and alumni surveys, focus groups and statistical studies
• Designs, develops, implements methods and procedures for gathering, summarizing, reporting, producing and distributing information as an aid in administrative planning and decision-making
