An employee's first ninety (90) days of employment are considered an Introductory Period. During this time, the employee has an opportunity to evaluate the University as a place to work and management has an opportunity to evaluate the employee. It is important to note however, that completion of the Introductory Period does not guarantee employment for any period of time thereafter. All employees are employed at-will both during and after completion of this period.
