We invite you to submit a written idea/proposal on how to improve Northwestern Health Sciences University.

Examples of acceptable suggestions are ways to:

1. Reduce costs;
2. Improve office forms and procedures;
3. Enhance quality control-methods, improvements and procedures;
4. Eliminate unnecessary operations;
5. Upgrade material handling and storage;
6. Enhance accident and fire prevention;
7. Improve policies, i.e. business office, benefits, personnel policy;
8. Enhance campus physical environment;
9. Improve employee morale.

Examples of suggestions which are not encouraged:

1. Violations of Northwestern’s rules and regulations;
2. Grievances;
3. Suggestions relating to the failure of any employee to do their assigned duties;
4. Benefits a limited number of employees.

Suggestions involving expenditure of additional resources by the University should include an estimate of cost.  Also note the location (if applicable) of where the suggestion should be implemented.
