Health Reimbursement Account (VEBA)
Northwestern offers employees a Health Reimbursement Account (VEBA) to pay for medical services that are either applied toward the HealthPartners plan deductible or that are not covered by HealthPartners but are eligible under Section 213D of the IRS Code.
Employees will receive $700.00 for Single Coverage and $1,400.00 for Single + Dependent Coverage. Employees who complete the annual Health Risk Assessment receive an additional $50.00 dollar contribution. Deposits are made monthly for the first 6 months of the year.
