To access voicemail

From your campus phone:

  • Choose the Voice Mail button on your phone

From another campus extension:

  • Choose the Voice Mail button on the phone
  • When you start to hear the greeting, press # and your extension

From off site:

  • Dial 952-888-4777
  • Wait until you hear the greeting, then press # and your extension

Check new messages = "1"

Listen to Messages

1     =   Replay
2     =   Save
3     =   Delete
4     =   Forward
5     =   Play envelope (timestamp)
6     =   Move backward
7     =   Pause
8     =   Move forward

* Cancel
# Skip

Send a message

Record your message at the tone. When finished, press # and select from the following options:

# Accept

1    =    Review
2    =    Re-record

* Cancel

Review old messages "3"

Same options as new messages.

Setup options "7"

1    =    Record greeting
2    =    Set call handling mode
3    =    Re-assign extension
4    =    Set password
5    =    Enable/disable envelope information
6    =    Record name
7    =    Listen to deleted messages
8    =    Remove deleted messages
9    =    Additional options

* Cancel

Suggested greeting

"Hello. You have reached the voicemail box of ____________. Please leave your name, number and a short message and I will call you back as soon as possible. If you need immediate assistance you can press '0' now.”

Call Manager

Call Manager lets you manage your calls and settings through a graphical user interface.

To add Call Manager to your system, contact the Help Desk at ext. 357 or helpdesk@nwhealth.edu.
