Rave Alert

Northwestern has implemented the Rave Alert system to notify students, faculty and staff in case of an emergency or weather-related closure.

Rave Alerts are sent to your Northwestern email account, but everyone is encouraged to sign up for text alerts. The registration is free and takes only a few minutes.

To register for text alerts:

  • Go to https://www.getrave.com/login/nwhealth
  • Login with your username (your Groupwise email - name@nwhealth.edu)
  • Use the password you were sent when your Groupwise account was created - or you can re-set your password
