On July 26, 2010, Northwestern Health Sciences University will provide a select group of golfers the perfect opportunity to golf at Windsong Farm Golf Club. A course where the history, traditions and values of golf are honored and celebrated.

Your participation at the 2010 President’s Invitational Golf Tournament will benefit the students, programs and mission of Northwestern Health Sciences University.

At the 2010 President’s Invitational Golf Tournament, you will tee off in the afternoon in a shotgun start; enjoy a catered lunch; keep cool with lots of refreshments; enter to win tens-of-thousands of dollars in raffle prizes; and compete to win fabulous hole-in-one prizes. And, after you golf, relax over cocktails and a delicious dinner and awards program.

TOURNAMENT FORMAT

• Four person, two best-ball competition
• Low two scores per team/per hole
• Low gross team champion
• Low net team champion
• Low gross individual champion
• Men’s and women’s regular tees will be played

Individual $400/Foursome $1,600
Golf fees, caddy, carts, breakfast, lunch, refreshment stops, cocktail reception, dinner, awards, giveaways & prizes.

Foursome Package $1,700
Includes all of the above and signage for your business or practice on a TEE box.

Cocktails and dinner ticket $100
Additional ticket to the cocktail reception and awards dinner.
