Reporting Problems

In an effort to help maintain the library and room 25 computers, the Information Technology department asks that students report computer problems, for example, a disk stuck in a disk drive. Please report problems to an Information Technology staff member (rooms 24 and 25) or fill out a brief computer troubleshooting ticket describing the problem. Troubleshooting tickets can be filled out anonymously. There are Troubleshooting tickets and drop boxes in two locations. The library's drop box is located in the cubicle next to the printer and the room 25 drop box is located at the computer assistant's station.
