Northwestern alumni, practitioners in the health care fields and the general public are welcome to visit the Greenawalt Library.

Northwestern alumni and practitioners may:

  • Borrow items by registering at the Information Desk with a photo ID
  • Seek research assistance from the staff
  • Print health-related materials (some charges apply)
  • Use the wireless network, computers and copiers
  • Request interlibrary loan services (some charges apply)

Continuing education students may:

  • Borrow items by completing a library card application, obtaining an instructor’s signature and registering at the Information Desk with application and photo ID
  • Seek research assistance from the staff
  • Print health-related materials (some charges apply)
  • Use the wireless network, computers and copiers
  • Request interlibrary loan services (some limits apply)

General public may:

  • Borrow items by registering at the Information Desk with a photo ID
  • Seek research assistance from the staff
  • Use the wireless network, computers and copiers
  • Print health-related materials (some charges apply)

Off-site users may:

  • Request literature searches (some charges apply)
  • Request article delivery, including Loansome Doc (some charges apply)
