The coursework at Northwestern is intense, but opportunities abound in classes designed to sharpen your problem-solving skills and stimulate you to think about how to best help your clients heal.

The program offered by the School of Massage Therapy is designed as a continuous enrollment curriculum. The day program requires three academic trimesters to complete (approximately 11 months). The evening program requires four academic trimesters to complete (approximately 15 months.)

DAY PROGRAM

TRIMESTER 1

Please note: A required First Aid/CPR course (SMT0050) is offered each trimester.

TRIMESTER 2

TRIMESTER 3

Electives: In addition to the day program core curriculum, students are required to complete
3 minimum credits of elective coursework prior to graduation. This brings the total curriculum to 41.5 minimum credits (907.5 minimum hours).

EVENING PROGRAM

TRIMESTER 1
