Northwestern Health Sciences University Hosts Annual Career Day for Inquisitive Students
BLOOMINGTON, Minn. –Northwestern Health Sciences University welcomed 44 students, 44 guests, and two guidance counselors to the University’s annual Career Day on Oct. 25. Those who attended the annual event learned about careers in chiropractic, acupuncture, Oriental medicine and massage therapy.
Career Day attendees participated in a tour of Northwestern’s campus, during which they visited labs, classrooms and one of the University’s public clinic. Tours were given by Northwestern employees and students.
According to Bill Kuehl, BA, Northwestern’s director of admissions, “The event went very well; those who attended had a great time. A mix of junior high, high school, and college students came.”
Northwestern Health Sciences University offers a wide array of choices in natural health care education including chiropractic, Oriental medicine, acupuncture, therapeutic massage and human biology. The University has nearly 900 students on a 25-acre campus in Bloomington, Minnesota.
